In traditional real estate sales, unfortunately the Seller bares the blunt on ALL agent commissions. Both your Listing Agent and the Buyer’s Agent known as the Selling Agent.
NO. The buyers agent commission is NOT included in our 1% fee. We negotiate with the Buyers Agent on your behalf as part of our 1% full service listing package.
If the Seller secures their own buyer, we will reduce our listing fee in half.
If you already have picture we find acceptable, we will have your home up on the MLS with 24hrs after you sign your listing agreement. Your price must be a no more than 3% over our recommended CMA price. Then we GUARANTEE* we will have it sold within 45days.
